The work itself isn't bad

Cons

Management is horrible Your expected to be on call every day of the week without being compensated at all. And if by chance your not available when they call you in you get written up no matter the reason. You have to use your own vehicle, and are responsible for towing your vehicle and finding a new one. And then finishing the route your on that same day by 6pm. Management tries to play the system in any way possible to pull themselves up higher by stepping on your head. They promise you a full route position but what they don't tell you is it can take up to a decade for that to happen.
