The possibility of a retirement with medical benefits at 67 years old, Paid training.

Cons

Inconsistent pay and scheduling. On call 7 days a week without extra pay. Mandatory holiday shifts with no extra pay. Mandatory overtime. Must be able to use personal vehicle when asked without any notice. No Damage protection on personal vehicle unless paid out of pocket. Unknown routes and hours daily. Unprofessional/rude management. AL time is rarely approved for weekends. You work for free often.
