Underpaid over worked. horrible work conditions

They capped my pay at 2,300. My checks were short a lot , some of my friends worked the same hours as me and made 2,500 or more. Get to work 7:30 am didn’t get off until 9pm and a lot of times 10/10:30 felt hazed. Definitely won’t work as a RCA maybe PSE. Sometimes worked a 11 days straight each day exceeding 10 hours with no days off and always being rushed up. Routes were over burdened never stuck to the schedule wasn’t trained correctly. Management was like oh well do you want the job or not in a lot of cases. I just wanted Sundays off to go to church. Or atleast come in later no accommodations . I remember one time I left work and the schedule as I was leaving was the next day I had off. They not only changed it that I came in that day after I left but didn’t even bother to tell me . Just called me and told me you know you were scheduled. A lot of days put my own money in the vehicles because there was never any gas cards or I’d have to wait a hour or two to get one because my supervisor would forget to the person who has it to bring it to me. Not to mention we have to deliver mail to over 600 houses and delivered packages to over 200 houses in a small hot truck in most cases. I was blessed with the ability to be in the metris most days. Looking back I’m so happy I left. Now I can atleast go to school full time , and make enough to atleast pay my bills and not be as stressed.
