Pros
Before getting to the office it feel like they take time to make sure you can drive and give some helpful tips for training.
Cons
Getting into office there wasn't anyone to train with, the main carrier to my route left, when i brought up i wasn't trained enough due to her short time with me they acted as if i was getting all the training just from being in office. They don't care for your well being. I put in paper work because my LLV's breaks had broke. you would not be able to come to a complete stop at any speed, you could be stuck in motion. i was forced to drive said vehicle for 2 weeks and nearly getting into multiple accidents despite repeated attempts to bring this up to supervisors.
