US Postal Service Rural Carrier Associate (RCA) reviews

Unqualified management. No A/C in mail trucks. Can be a problem during the summer in the south. Will be asked to work through injury/sickness without days off. Unreliable system of payroll unsustainable. They can short you thousands of dollars and tell you they can't pay you and the union does nothing. The workload is unbearable. Management not held to account. They'll lose your timecards, mess with your pay, not communicate the schedule, and be generally absent. If you report an injury halfway through your shift you'll be expected to work through it, no matter how severe. Zero work life balance. It will ruin your interpersonal relationships.
