High stress level, they will have you working 10 hour days if you are part time especially due to the holidays. I do not regret leaving. Expect to be swore at by your supervisors. Very intense work environment. If your post master and supervisor gets yelled at by the head office plan on also getting yelled at by the main office. God forbid you can’t deliver a package because a dog is out. But if they see you deliver a package when a dog is out you will be wrote up. Make sure you don’t walk on ice but if they have a package that needs delivered you better walk on that ice. Just hope that your supervisor is not following you. But this only depends on who the supervisor is if you get wrote up or not.

No worklife balance, short of help so you are doing double duties. No real support from Management. Your personal business not private. No real benefits until you become a career employee.
