Pros

Pay is decent. UPS pays more though for less work. After u become a Regular Carrier u get vacation time, sundays off and it gets much better. Typically takes about 3-4 years

Cons

No sick time or vacation time. No weekends off, ever. Hostile Work environment. Unsafe practices, having to drive sitting in middle. When u do use their vehicle they old, break down, no a/c, horrible fumes. Very little training. They give u more work than u can physically do then scream at u when u don’t complete. Many people quit. You will loss weight due to not have no time to eat. Work u over 12hr which is a federal offense. Then get upset when u report it. Everyone is always calling out from being overworked. The faster u go no benefit, u just get rewarded by more work being put on u. Many people quit.
