Great team to work with as long as there are enough people low enough on the totem pole that they are available to help.
Cons
The company's hierarchical structure enforces the worst work with the least training on the newest people while giving the least assistance in completing tasks. due to this structure, senior staff are given the option to assist the newer or leaving to flounder. Management is abusive verbally while talking badly of former coworker (Including those who gave notice). There is a clause in your contract that you are on 7 days a week which can take precedence over rest periods. Management will abuse this option as only senior personnel can refuse management's demand. shifts can be over 14 hours for multiple weeks at a time. Overtime is not properly allocated. Management will frequently miss adjust hours due in pay, or checking "errors". Safety conditions with vehicles, & working conditions & management is difficult to work with if it result in injury.
