Pros

Benefits. That’s about it. Starting off anyway… I guess the pay gets better if you can make it through to be a Regular Carrier.

Cons

It’s HOT. Amazon is the Devil. And people are lazy complainers that only care about themselves who call in “sick” constantly or who “aren’t available” or just don’t answer their phone when called in or “have something important” when asked to do anything extra, so the one or two with a work ethic who don’t complain get worked to DEATH carrying the load.

Pension and benefits plus rural routes are greated way to work hard with fulltime pay regardless of 6 hours of work.

Cons

noisy employees who will harass certain employees because of their background.. Management allow for this to occur.
