Getting to work independently and at your own tempo.
Cons
Not having equal pay for equal work. Employment is split into two tears regulars, and “part-timers“. These two positions perform the same work however, those who have not made regular are forced into a dependency on regulars to take time off and provide hours. This in my opinion was exploitation and an unethical tactic to avoid paying benefits to workers. In my experience, there was resentment towards regulars, because they viewed RCA‘s as a way to get a day off and not colleagues on an equal standing.
