Pros

Decent pay but not decent enough for the incompetence you have to put up with from unqualified management.

Cons

USPS management is hostile, unorganized, and lacking proper leadership skills. Micromanagement is a huge issue, with supervisors often more focused on exerting control than actually supporting employees. While the USPS provides job security and benefits, the poor management structure has driven many employees to quit. The biggest complaints come down to toxic leadership, poor communication, and an exhausting workload with little recognition. If you’re considering working there, be prepared for a tough environment.
