Pros

Easy to apply, decent pay, Great if you like working alone, and or driving with something to listen to.

Cons

Pay could be better. I was never given the on-the-job training; once I left with packages alone. Usually, you do a ride-along, but time was constrained

Pros

Pay is good for the area, it is a non career position with no possibility of being career.

Cons

Six days a week, every week. You will never get approved for time off and your AL will be paid out because the only Days you will get off are once a year when they fire you for 5 days and it is mandatory and you have to start all over again. Travel to main office to get yelled at, or cover people in other offices is not paid for. Expectations are high and you will have no work/life balance.
