Pros
Starting pay was good at $15.68 per hour (they have since raised it to over $16) and the overtime was excellent. The other Postal workers (CCA's and regulars) were all wonderful. They went out of their way to help me figure things out. A couple of the supervisors were really good. The town I was at had a really great setup with an indoor garage so you load and unload out of the elements.
Cons
Some of the Supervisors seemed to want to beat you down. Nothing was fast enough and they did not accept ANY reasons for coming in later than what they thought it should take. One day I got written up for taking too long (with good reason). The Supervisor rated me with all "U"s meaning unacceptable (he even U'd my "conduct towards authority") because I tried to explain why I was late. It seemed pretty unorganized.
