Management is horrible

Pros

good pay, good benefits (you pay for it)

Cons

Management expect you to not sit down at all and always be working even on your break. "There's always something to do" Even when you plan your day and duties. The pay raise sucks also.

Pros

Exercise, a lot of hours

Cons

If you finish your route and you’re new, you’re forced to finish a route of someone who didn’t show up.
