Pros

Good pay, more than enough training, opportunities to join a union and advance, good benefits.

Cons

Inflexible with hours, poor communication, very long training period that spanned several weeks and different locations.

Pros

Overtime pay Some customers are nice Coworkers look out for each other

Cons

The wages here are disgraceful. Amazon and fedex pay more than the federal government does. It takes 15 years to be making $75,000 annually without overtime on the pay scale. During that long wait, you’re treated like a number, constantly harassed by management who breaks the contract rules constantly, and the health benefits are a joke now. Trucks break down constantly. Your schedule can be changed on a daily basis. You most likely will work 12 hours, 6 days a week. You think the union will protect you? Nope. Every station I worked at had terrible management and a weak union. Even with a clear-cut reason, the stewards don’t file grievances or protect you because they don’t have a backbone, and they’re overworked too. Do not work here. Even as a regular, you’ll make horrible money, have no work-life balance, and you’ll find yourself feeling best down by a toxic work culture
