Pros

If you like to get paid to work out this is a great career for you. I feel that this company is a great for young people to start a great career. I did create great work relationships with a lot of career employees. After 2 years you are supposed to become a City Carrier (CC), which means you don't work Sundays anymore or Holidays. All Holidays are paid once you become a CC. Once you become a CC you finally will have a routine and you can create great relationships with the people you interact with on your route.

Cons

For me working alone all day is not ideal. Also, it takes to long to start making good money as a CC. As a City Carrier Assistant (CCA) you are shipped around throughout the city which can be both a pro and a con. Pro because you can see if there is another location you would ultimately like to settle down at. Con because you don't always know where your going to work at the next day and you don't have a say in how far you travel for work. The last con is as a CCA you work a lot and hardly see your family (which they warn you about during hiring), but it is only that way for 2 years which is the length of time you are a CCA. If you are young this can be a great place for a good career. If your in your 30s or older I just feel like the benefits don't outweigh the amount of time you have left to create a great retirement package.
