I have unfortunately faced discrimination and harassment from the management based on my race and gender during my time there. Over the course of almost 90 days, I was consistently overworked, being scheduled to work for 6-7 days a week. Moreover, there were instances where I felt pressured to complete tasks within unrealistic timeframes, often finishing well ahead of the given deadline. This created a stressful work environment for me. I believe that my treatment by the management was influenced by my race and gender, as I observed a certain bias in their actions towards me. Additionally, my private information regarding my gender was shared without my consent, causing further discomfort and ethical concerns within the workplace. The situation escalated when I was assigned a particularly challenging route that no one else wanted, with daily pressure from the management to excel in completing it. This unfair treatment and added workload not only affected my performance but also made me feel isolated and unwelcome in the team. Regrettably, due to the ongoing discomfort and mistreatment, I felt compelled to resign from my position. The hostile work environment created by the management's actions made it difficult for me to continue working under such conditions. I believe it is crucial for the management to address issues of discrimination and harassment within the workplace to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all employees. I urge you to take appropriate actions to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future.
