Management from supervisors up is a mess, lacking in so many ways. Makes work suck because management can’t even do the most basic tasks. You can ask three different managers the same question and get three different answers. Zero accountability. Blame the next guy that wasn’t there today. No one really knows what’s going on a daily basis. No commutation between tours (shifts), you can fix one thing one day and someone will screw it up the next shift. People messing with stuff when they have no idea what they are doing. Don’t really know what you will be doing from day to day. It’s an absolute nightmare with management. We can’t even get access to tools or parts, even if you ask multiple times. We are asked to do so much with so little all the time. Have to rely heavily on coworkers to show you anything. Constant complaining from individuals that barely do the most basic task. Coworkers can be very lazy and hide from work regularly. Union is a joke and protects lazy workers. Overall, i honestly have no clue how this place is still in business today with how management runs the show. Most of management are failed mail handlers or carriers that got promoted for kissing up and rolling over when told to, no real experience with what job they are “supervising” or “managing”.
