If you are a "work horse" there is money to be made here. Good government health insurance They will match up to 5% towards your retirement

Cons

ZERO work/life balance, Never-ending mandatory overtime. Use of deceptive/intimidation tactics Hostile work environment Constant observation of pay checks/time stubs needed. (They will not pay you correctly) Unprofessional supervisors/management/postmasters. Dangerous and unsanitary working conditions (outdoor elements, work vehicles etc.) Low turn-over rate. Sluggish union
