Cons
After about a month and a huge hiring spree, I'm lucky to get over 30 hours a week. I quit a full-time job that I liked, because I wanted a better career. I was really skeptical on accepting the CCA position because there is no guarantee of hours and was very concerned about that when I talked to the postmaster. She assured me that I would be getting plenty of hours and that is not something I need to worry about. That her CCA's were getting over 40 hours a week. Her assurance sealed the deal to my acceptance of the position. Now I am wondering if i made a mistake. I can't pay my bills off 30 hours a week. And i can't find a second job when every single day I am on call.
