There wasn't real training. They had me deliver a route by myself the second day and I had no idea what I was doing. Hours we're crazy there. They would change my schedule constantly and management was very unprofessional. They were rude and didn't care about the safety of their employees. All they cared about was the mail getting delivered.

Even though they hire you as "part-time" employee, they give you full time hours in which some cases that's great but if you're truly looking for a part time job this is not it. As a "pse" employee you don't have guaranteed anything, not hours not days off and the schedule hours vary per day per week, e.i Monday 6am-10am, 3pm-6pm, Tuesday 2am-10am. It could also be that you are sent to a different office every day (that is if you are a city pse). Split shifts, I have never worked so many split shifts as I have working for the post office. I could go on and on but for now that is all I'm gonna say.
