Pros

money benefits safety training overtime most of all the money, some years I made up to 70k,sense of loyalty to the public and US Goverment, lots of career avenues clothing allowances, liberal vacation and sick leave, very structured, good parking

Cons

working conditions stress you get treated horribly, input by employees ignored,blanket policies, no human factor, constantly watched,payroll mistakes, management lies to create numbers lots of corruption bad substance abuse problems within the organization
