Pros

the postal service have many good benefits like good salary, good medical benefits, 3 shift to work giving you flexible schedules, the ability to transfer to any part of the US ,We are union to represent us and deal with congress . (but sometimes is better not to have one ). good retired plan we have our own credit union. this last give good deals in the bank sector, for example mortgages , good interest auction and car sales, loans and more .

Cons

dealing with management a nightmare, they don't have any consideration and the sad part some not all don't know what they are doing, for may reason not professional background , lack of experience. lack of time in the postal service so they are not familiar with the operation, normally there are the worst employees and having a disciplinary actions against to them , this minds a secure promotion . the worst person are manager. the good ones don't last. the union is worthless.
