Pros

No Pros: PSE is a new job catagory title designated that takes the place of the former pre abysmal contract job category of "Casuals", negotiated by American Postal Workers U"nion's (APWU) national immediate past president Cliff Guffey. We can equate PSE"s as Postal Slave Employees."

Pros

Meeting great people, caring or my customers and co-workers and though very Stressful, This job was sometimes Fun as your customers wait for you to deliver thier mail everyday.

Cons

USPS has some poor management towards thier carriers and other employees and I think better management training should be provided to keep workers more excited to come to work.
