Plenty of hours (60 or more per week depending on where you are and time of year) can lead to burn out. In addition schedules are generally not very flexible as you have to be ready to work 6 days a week every week and accept any overtime given. Even days off are subject to being cancelled as management will often call you in anyway. Management will push you to always be faster to the point of being unrealistic. If you meet or exceed their expectations one day expect them to continue piling on the work until you break under the strain. If you are not in relatively good physical shape then do not take this job as it is not some cushy government job. As long as you are willing to learn and show improvement you will get by and make some good money.
