The managers are horrible, the Union is horrible. Instead of working as a team...it's an us against them mentality.How can this organization ever come close to meeting it's potential. Some workers won't do anything extra to help the company or a colleague, which in turns causes management to take advantage of the workers who will do more than what's required. This type of management practices leads to low moral among the workers that will go the extra mile which in turn cause those employees to become less productive as well.

Management always interfering and makes irrational decisions. They ones that make the dumbest and most mistakes are always promoted! No wonder we are losing money!
