Pros

Can be a source of pride.

Cons

Upper management often allows people into middle management that are extremely poor leaders.

Pros

Enjoying the weather on beautiful days, not being chained to a desk.

Cons

Expecting too much from their employees too soon, insufficient training. No benefits for part-time employees.

Pros

The pay is somewhat decent. It is honest work, but very hard work. It will be a much better job once I become a career employee.

Cons

As a PSE Clerk, I have no benefits. I perform the same job duties as a career employee for less pay, and no benefits. No benefits, no holiday pay, unable to bid on jobs.
