Pros

Money & Vacation! The money is great, the vacation benefits are excellent.

Cons

I knew from day one when I walked into the Post Office as an employee that I would hate it.....and I did.....for 34 years! The money is what kept me there. IF YOU ARE DESPERATE AND NEED THE MONEY THEN TAKE THE JOB. Otherwise, go back to school, further your education and STAY AWAY FROM THIS LUNATIC ENVIRONMENT! The working environment for Craft Employees is horrible. Daily harassment and conflict from mgmt. As ususal.....good employees get treated the same as bad employees....makes no difference. This environment will leave you hateful and bitter. Total 'para-military' working environment.
