Pros

absolutely none that I could see. maybe back it the day this was a good place to work but now it is horribly managed and dismal place that cares very little about its delivery customers or the general welfare of the employees. 70% of their revenue comes from business advertisement delivery and it shows.

Cons

too many to list all...horrible place to work. over managed. more concern for making the numbers rather than providing good customer service. poorly maintained delivery vehicles. competition for limited positions creates atmosphere of distrust and general lack of team spirit. the face presented to the public is not what this (still) government subsidized business is all about. antiquated method, process and equipment they no longer provide an essential service to the public unless you like to be inundated by junk mail.
