Pros

Pay of $15/hr is very good for entry level employment with the federal government. The work is very consistent and easy to manage.

Cons

Sometimes scheduling can be a bit frustrating. You have to work the shift you sign on for. Sometimes, due to mail volumes you can be asked to leave early OR stay longer than your regular shift. This is an obstacle for anyone that needs a set schedule that doesn't fluctuate unexpectedly. The rules and expectations of the position are non-negotiable. So, know that going in.
