Pros

Benefits are great. Job is great once you put the time in and have enough seniority to have your own route. (Getting there is rough though - trial by fire.)

Cons

Poorly managed. WAY too many managers in the soup, all stepping on their workers to try to get ahead. And way too many of them (most of them in fact) have never done the job they are managing, which is a crime. At UPS, for example, EVERYONE starts out on the dock and if you want to move up you rotate in and out of other jobs for a time to get a feel for them, and that's the way it should be.
