Pros

The salary is great, and the other employees are very friendly. When Im on the street by myself it's great.

Cons

The managers, supervisors, and the postmaster have horrible attitudes and they treat you any kind of way.

Pros

The pay, that was it.

Cons

no benefits for a year seniority rules everything hours of pay missing they can work you as long as they want with no breaks unions don't help if you are harassed, nothing can be done The dangerous conditions in some offices are life threatening (asbestos in walls and there are holes in them, floors and items are never kept up) Manager refuses to help anyone Can fire you for any reason even after your 90 day probation. (they lie when they say they won't) Nothing is performance based, its based on how buddy buddy you are with managment
