Pros

Good pay for what you do

Cons

No benefits, too much politics, not managed well at all. Promotion is based on senority so no incentive to work harder than the next person. Management at my facility is usually promoted from the career clerk who is the worst worker but can't be laid off due to the contract

Pros

Decent wage. Decent health benefits.

Cons

Poor management. Managers don't listen to suggestions from the employees. It's "their way" or "there's the door" mentality. That's why the PO is going down the tubes.

Pros

The only pro was that the money was half decent. But that's going away as well.

Cons

New pay rates, Management is horrible, Do double the work of regular carriers with less pay, no benefits and no days off. You get to watch current regular employees leave early everyday while you get sent back out to finish there routes. Pray you never have an emergency or need a day off. If you do chances are they will look at you like your stupid and tell you that your expendable.
