Pros

Excellent benefit package and government retirement. Having union representation helps as well. The pay is pretty good for today's economy.

Cons

The majority of the people in management are completely incompetent. It isn't what you, it's who you know. Don't ruffle any feathers or they will hold grudges forever and make your life miserable.

Pros

I appreciate the job security and the pay. If you abide by the established policies you pretty much have no worries. You learn your job duties and perform them with little supervision.

Cons

In the distribution center, most work hours are evening or night shift. You are at work when everyone else is off.
