Pros

Decent pay, though I took a $6 an hour pay cut. Work outside. Customers are pretty nice usually.

Cons

For a office with 2 city routes they hired a second city carrier assistant...so my hours were cut in half. Managers distrust you for no reason. Hot when it is hot and cold when it is cold.

Pros

Decent pay. There is money to be made here if you like working long hours all of the time. Most of your co-workers are cool and pull their weights.

Cons

All management cares about is pushing the mail. You are only as good as your last good day. On the bottom of the totem pole technolgy wise compared to the JIT companies.
