Not enough $$$$ to put up with the B/S

If you are not considered a career employee you have no value. Can not make suggestions, others get credit for your work, no relief when needed for medical, ok to infect the entire town, mail count is rigged, no one to bring a grievance to, will undermine any attempt to advance or transition to a different office, no evaluations, not enough training, rude upper management.
