Pros

steady income, reliable hours, working conditions are safe, many coworkers have become friends, flexible schedules allow for childcare to be done by parent

Cons

monotony, the postal leadership has mainly come from within which could be positive but in fact it seems that the cream has not risen to the top

Pros

There is a variety of work schedules to choose from which ranges from 4 hours/day to 40 hours/week. Headphones/stereos encouraged. Break every hour for 5-10 minutes.

Cons

Transitional Employees have no long term benefits. Atmosphere is solitary with little interaction with other employees. Training is very limited. Term of employment is assigned and must be reassigned at the end of each term.
