Pros

Good Money if you dont want to have a life

Cons

Upper management is a bunch of loads who arent a bit qualified for their positions. Half of them are drunks who have no idea of what is going on.

Great people, Lousy Management!

Pros

I currently work with the best crew I have EVER worked with. The people are great-- we spend sooo many long hours together, that we have gelled into a family.

Cons

Management is verbally abusive, incompetent, and micromanages. Each one wants to "run the building" and they have NO communication skills whatsoever--- not between each other, not with the employees either. They also do not train people properly, and promote from the wrong areas--so management winds up knowing very little, but wants to dominate.
