The post office is not a team.

Pros

The only pro for working as an RCA for the USPS is the pay.

Cons

I have worked in three separate post offices and have always had the same issues. There is absolutely no team comradeship. No one cares about anyone or anything else besides themselves. If you are an RCA or a PTF, you are treated as though you are worthless. Everyone is out for there own gain and they care nothing for the person in the next case.

Pros

Work 7 hrs of my day independently to achieve a set daily goal. The weather. Physically demanding. Working with the public. Leave your work at the office.

Cons

The weather. Physically demanding. Working with the public.
