US Postal Service reviews

Workers are treated terribly. Management is made up of people who have little to poor management skills and are taught by managers who have little to poor management skills. The work schedules are horrible. The work is physically demanding. There is no reward for being an exceptional worker and no consequence for being a poor worker. There is no logic to the methods of management. Innovation is not welcomed. It is run the way things were run decades ago and suggestions for change are not taken. It WILL change a person with good work ethics to a mediocre performer or a person who does not care.

Some managers are great, but some are duds. Production standards are ridiculous sometimes and penalties for not performing are unfair. Management is the biggest stumbling block to a happy, productive workforce.
