Pros

Although the company, is losing tremendous amounts of revenue, they are re-defining themselves to remain as competetive as possible and carve out new niches. New revenue streams are being developed and new approaches to long standing products to make them attractive all over again. It is an exciting time to be in this business.

Cons

Hard copy communication is on the way out and that does not bode well for the US Postal Service. This means there will be many difficult decisions ahead involving downsizing, closing post offices and consolidating operations.
