Pros

If you are lucky, You can weezel in at $22+ per hour. If not, there are jobs @ $10 hourly as casual workers. No benefits for quite some time, unless you get a career appointment.

Cons

Regulars are jealous and undermining if you get work as a transitional or casual, who to them you are leeches sucking away their overtime to all work areas not covered on an irregular basis.
