Pros

Equal opportunity, career growth, great benefits for regular employees though as per observation, will took long for one to be able to be a regular or career employee.

Cons

time / break management- management don't care if you just had your first break and they sent you again on next break in just few hours sometimes just an hour away and will work long hours to finished the shift. The impact is not good because before the end of shift, people are exhausted or not productive anymore .

Pros

You get paid! It seemed liked current employees were concerned about how you were doing.

Cons

A new CCA just given mail and told go deliver it. No mail bag to carry mail or even asked if you need a map of route or anything. Supervisor came out to route several times harassing you about when will you be finished. All be it that it took longer to complete the task than what they wanted....you were then "not needed." Had to call everyday to see if you were working. Delivery times can't get better if you are not working.
