Pros

The pay is good a they have an amazing benefits package.

Cons

Inconvenience of scheduling, long hours with little to no notice of overtime, management cannot manage properly, senior carriers making decisions for management and shown favoritism, getting time off is a nightmare, unprofessionalism coming mostly from management, READ YOUR RIGHTS especially as a non-career employee (CCA, PSE, RCA, ARC) because they will try to get over on you!

Pros

Networking, union and pay, good weight loss an active workout.

Cons

No time for family, management DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!! routes are always longer than what management tells you, if you get sick at work they expect you to stay and finish your route, not enough people and too much mail and packages, lies and deception. also management will gossip and tell all your business.

Pros

The Post Office warehouse is where most employees start off part time which is full time (plus) hours. You will work 12 hour days 6 days a week. The money is good because of the long hours with night time diff and over time. Once you get in with the post office it's hard to get fired, so job security is very good.

Cons

Very long hours on your feet. 12 hour days for 6 days straight really messes with personal time. This can go on for 3 to 4 years before you become a regular employee.
