Pros

Pay is good Gas mileage paid No micromanaging

Cons

Constantly working even though it’s a part-time job. Can’t keep help so your carrying your route plus parts of other routes. No help with packages. Will work you 9-14 days straight then give 1 day off and schedule you again for another ridiculous amount of days. Low potential to be hired into a “regular route” You will be worked to death until you can get into a regular route then you’ll have Sundays off and possibly Saturday depending on how your office manages help.
