Great money but you will be doing a lot of voluntary and involuntary overtime for it.

Cons

A lot of forced overtime, difficulty making plans when you can be at work, and being told you have to stay for an additional four hours.

You will more than likely drive an hour + to the states capital unless you get hired at a regional office.
