You could work from home during covid but that also means you needed to deal with work stuff early in the morning or late at night.
Cons
My personal experience with the company was not great. There was no proper training, and the management was a total mess. Everyone was working overtime UNNECESSARILY to make themselves look hard-working (and to kiss up) while the workflow was quite manual and low-efficient. Not a single person found it problematic, rather appreciated the opportunity to show their “professional attitude”. I obviously did not fit into that kind of toxic company culture, which I guess was the reason why I was gaslighted and even bullied most of the time. Also, I don’t know if it’s just me or they actually lowkey discriminated people who are on a visa to stay in the US. They literally thought they were so superior to you that you should be grateful for being offered the job and lower-than-average pay.
