easy way to gain experience in the industry. hires people without experience. decent pay for little or no experience. shift hours are good

wont go far in the company if you arent a favorite or a family member to a manager. management gone alot and blames employees for problems.

Pros

The owners really care about their employees and making sure they are fair. I worked there for 3 years and had the ability to promote. There are always lots of extracurriculars they set up for employees as well like for the holidays and the annual company picnic.

Cons

I really can't remember any cons of working there. I loved my job but moved cities so I had to leave.
