Family atmosphere. The company really makes it feel down to earth and makes you feel like part of the family. The company plant is exceptionally clean with Air conditioning and heat, making it comfortable to work in. The friendliness of the employees makes the Team awesome. The values this company has implimented are beyond my expectations, and the culture here is quite unique and amazing.
