Weekly Check. Nice clients - good schedules

Cons

Nepotism is rampant. Management changes procedures on a whim then acts like you should have known about it. Prides itself on the "family" atmosphere - but only if you are in the corporate office. Satellite sites - who cares?

Cons

When issues arise onsite, HR is limited and does little for the situation. They do not investigate what the problems are and pretty much ignore them. They let management hire anyone, experience or not when it's friends and family.
